360 Degrees of Financial Literacy is a multi-faceted effort, spearheaded by

The Wi$e Up project

The Wi$e Up project was developed by the U.S. Department of Labor
Women’s Bureau in support of the Department of Labor’s Strengthening
the Family Initiative. The Women’s Bureau works with many partners who
provide outreach, technical support, volunteer mentors, and financial
expertise.

The U.S. Department of Labor Women’s Bureau is the only federal agency
with a mandate to formulate standards and policies to promote the
welfare of wage-earning women, improve their working conditions,
increase their efficiency, and advance their opportunities for profitable
employment. The Women’s Bureau national office is located in Washington,
DC with regional offices in ten major cities across the country. Established
in 1920, the Women’s Bureau is one of the oldest agencies in the U.S.
Department of Labor.

lawyer and economist, would tell them, "See that pudding? We own the
company that makes it! Every time someone buys that pudding, it's good
for our company. So go get some more!"
